Project Organiser: Two plus Two
The youth exchange will take place between the 10th of March till 17th of March in Ercolano, Italy.
Overall goal: To offer young people the opportunity to make practical experiences and step out of constant pressure and expectations. Explore their inner world, express themselves freely, and build confidence trough action, not perfection. To encourage them to stay flexible in an upredictable world, and to move forward with courage, joy, and responsibility toward their own life and their comunity.
Project objectives:

talents - To develop an entrepreneurial mindset and
explore the creative economy - To strengthen focus and attention in a world of
constant digital distraction - To build confidence, leadership, and
communication skills through teamwork - To empower critical thinking, self trust, and
resilience
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 5+1 leader
Ideal Participant profile:
- Age 18-24
- fluent in English
- interested in self growth, nature, and shared experiences
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Italy.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
