Project Organiser: INPRO
The youth exchange will take place from 17th to 22nd of August in Rzeszów, Poland.
Overall goal: The focus is on active participation, which means you won’t just be a spectator– you’ll play a big part in shaping how the program unfolds.Through non-formal education, you’ll learn new skills, explore different cultures, and make connections with people from all over.
Project objectives:
- discover cultural traditions, languages, and values through creative and interactive sessions
- take part in energisers, icebreakers, and team-building activities that will spark new friendships
- collaborate on a meaningful group project that showcases our shared identity and future potential

Number of participants: 5+1
Ideal Participant profile:
- 18+
- Motivated and willing to participate
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (only green travel) are fully covered.
Travel cost limits: 196€ ONLY GREEN TRAVEL
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
