YE Theatre of Dreams

The youth exchange will take place between 2nd of August till 8th of August 2026  in Echternach, Luxembourg.

Overall goal: To foster creativity, self-expression, and intercultural understanding among young people through artistic activities such as theatre, dance, storytelling, and media, while strengthening their confidence, emotional awareness, and sense of European identity.

Project objectives:

• To encourage young people to express their emotions, identity, and personal experiences through creative arts.
• To develop participants’ skills in theatre, dance, storytelling, and media work.
• To promote intercultural exchange and mutual understanding between participants from different countries.
• To support personal growth, self-confidence, and emotional awareness.
• To foster teamwork, collaboration, and communication in an international environment.
• To create a joint final artistic performance reflecting participants’ ideas and experiences.
• To build lasting friendships and strengthen a sense of European belonging.

Number of participants: 6+1 leader

Ideal Participant profile:

• Aged between 13–17 years.
• Interested in theatre, dance, storytelling, or creative expression (no prior experience required).
• Open-minded, motivated, and willing to actively participate in group activities.
• Interested in meeting new people from different cultures and working in an international team.
• Willing to communicate in English.
• Curious about exploring emotions, identity, and personal experiences through art.
