YE Wild and Well

The youth exchange will take place between 27.7.2026 and 4.8.2026 in Salevere, Estonia.

Overall goal: Empower young people through practical, nature-based learning that strengthens their well-being, personal competences, and active citizenship.

Project objectives:

• Promote well-being and self-care: Equip young people with practical skills to manage minor health concerns and stress through simple, nature-based methods, increasing their confidence and independence.
• Reconnect with nature: Provide hands-on experiences that foster a stronger relationship with the natural environment, raise awareness of biodiversity, and encourage sustainable daily habits.
• Strengthen inclusion and equal opportunities: Actively involve young people with fewer opportunities (economic, social, geographical, or educational barriers) and create a supportive environment where everyone feels safe and valued.
• Develop personal and social competences: Build teamwork, problem-solving, intercultural communication, and resilience through non-formal and peer-to-peer learning in international groups.
• Foster digital and creative skills: Use digital tools (e.g. plant apps, online platforms, social media) for learning and dissemination, helping participants improve their digital literacy in a meaningful way.
• Encourage active citizenship: Inspire young people to share their learning with families, peers, and communities, and to take small but concrete actions for healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.
