Overall goal: Introduce stress management techniques to promote well-being and emotional regulation amongst young people.
Project objectives:
Promote mental health and resilience by introducing young people to practical stress management techniques (breathing, journaling, grounding exercises) that support balance and self-care.
Strengthen emotional regulation skills by helping participants recognize needs, understand emotional responses, and apply healthy coping mechanisms.
Encourage holistic well-being by exploring time management, empathy, and strategies for balancing online and offline life in a sustainable way.
APV (Advanced Preparatory Visit)
Date: 27th of February to 2nd of March 2026
Location: Călărași, Romania.
Participants: 1 group leader
Leader profile:
Age: 18+ years old
Experience: Previous experience with Erasmus+ is required
Language: Advanced level of English 🇬🇧 is required
- Ability to support, guide, and motivate young people
Experience in working with youth or leading groups
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Role During the Project:
Support participants before, during, and after the mobility
Attend all group leaders meeting during the mobility
Facilitate group dynamics and ensure a safe learning environment
IMPORTANT!! The same group leaders must attend both the APV and the youth exchange mobility.
🏠Accommodation, three meals per day, and coffee breaks are fully covered by Monomyths Association.
✈️Travel budget rules are the same as for the youth mobility.
Youth Exchange
Date: 30th of April to 9th of May 2026
Location: Călărași, Romania.
Participants: 7 + 1 (group leader)
Participant profile:
Age: 18 – 25 years old
Strong motivation to participate and learn from each other
Interest in intercultural exchange and teamwork
Openness to new experiences and different cultures
Willingness to actively take part in all project activities
Respect for group rules, values, and diversity
Willingness to disseminate the project and the Erasmus+ Programme on social media and through local workshops after returning home
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 279 EUR
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
