The youth exchange will take place between the 3rd and the 9th of August in Bollendorf, Germany.
Overall goal: The overall goal of this project is to foster intercultural exchange and creativity among European youth through theatre and dance, using the themes of fairy tales and emotions as a means to explore artistic expression, build emotional awareness, and strengthen European identity and friendships across borders.
Project objectives:
Encourage intercultural exchange and mutual understanding among young people from different European countries.
Develop creativity and artistic expression through theatre and dance activities.
Explore emotions and cultural narratives using the theme of fairy tales.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and teamwork across diverse nationalities.
- Showcase participants’ growth and creativity in a final public street theatre performance.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 6
Ideal Participant profile:
- 13-17 y.o.
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309€
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Germany.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
