Guiding Change: From Uncertainty to Growth [TC]

The youth exchange will take place between 2.6 – 10.6.2026
Overall goal: To support youth workers in understanding change as a process, mastering its stages and developing skills to guide and support young people from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing transformation and making important life decisions.
Project objectives:
- To provide understanding of change as a personal, phased process
- To provide empathetic, trust-based support for transformation
- To provide needs-based communication tools for navigating uncertainty
- To provide exchange of practical approaches to managing change
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 2/3
Ideal Participant profile:Youth Workers, Youth Leaders, Facilitators
Important: Additional Tax (60 Euros)
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 309 Euros
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Bulgaria.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
