Capacity Building Workshop Reaches Over 400 Newsletter Subscribers
The E-Tools for Youth Work project marked an important milestone with the successful launch of its capacity building workshops, designed to strengthen the digital competencies of professionals working in the youth sector. These online sessions focus on practical strategies for managing projects in a digital environment, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to use modern online tools effectively.
To promote the workshops and ensure broad participation, a dedicated project newsletter was established as a key communication channel. Interest quickly grew, and by the time the workshops began, the newsletter had more than 400 subscribers, achieving an impressive open rate of 48.7%. This engagement reflected the strong demand within the youth work community for practical, accessible training on digital project management.
More than 60 youth workers from partner countries have already started participating in the online workshops, benefiting from hands-on learning, peer exchange, and guidance from experienced trainers. By combining targeted communication with relevant and interactive training, the project is making a meaningful contribution to strengthening digital skills across the European youth work sector.
