The youth exchange will take place between 14.11.-25.11.2026 (including travel days) in Horezu, Romania.
Overall goal: Improving the competences of youth workers regarding the inclusive and responsible use of
artificial intelligence in activities with young people with fewer opportunities.
Project objectives:
- Sharing experiences and good practices on AI in youth work
- Improving understanding of inclusive, ethical, and responsible AI and data use.
- Designing digital methods adapted for young people with fewer opportunities.
- Developing activities that bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides.
- Testing and disseminating seminar results in future youth exchanges.

Ideal Participant profile:
- Experience with disadvantaged youth
- Studies or practice in youth work/IT
- Basic AI skills and ethical interest
- 18+
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: 211€ (green travel 285€)
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Romania.
- Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
- All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
