The youth exchange will take place between 3rd and 11st of November 2025 in Puck, Poland

Overall goal: Empowering youth workers to use drawing and visualization as creative tools for inclusive and engaging learning.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 3

Ideal Participant profile:

• • 18+ 

• • Youth workers, educators and volunteers in youth work 

• • Experienced in working with youth at risk 

• • Open to new methodologies and willing learn how to draw (no previous skills are required) 

• • Committed to organize dissemination events and provide quality project visibility 

• • Being able to communicate freely in English (both speaking and writing)

 

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: 309€ (green travel: 417€)

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.

• • Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.

• • All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
