TC Unity for Peace

The youth exchange will take place between 3.12.2025 and 12.12.2025 in Journalistic Village, Pervolia, Larnaca, Cyprus.

Overall goal: To strengthen conflict management, emotional intelligence, and communication skills of youth workers

Project objectives:

• Understand and address challenges in multicultural, cross-cultural, and intercultural communities.
• Manage conflicts and misunderstandings that arise from different values, communication styles, and stereotypes.
• Use emotional intelligence and effective communication to transform diversity into a strength.
• Support young people with fewer opportunities, helping them feel included and actively engaged in society.

Ideal Participant profile:

• 18+
• Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, mentors, coaches, project managers, and coordinators engaged in non-formal education and community work
• Youth leaders and volunteers active in multicultural or intercultural contexts
• People working with refugees, migrants, minorities, and Roma youth
• Educators and practitioners interested in conflict management, mediation, and communication
• Participants motivated to develop emotional intelligence and apply it in youth work
• Open-minded, motivated, and ready to share experiences and practices with others
• Able to communicate effectively in English Committed to actively participating during the full training course
