Našu predstavu o svojom regióne tvoria Ambiciózni & Kompetentní mladí ľudia, ochotní rozvíjať svoju komunitu. Na jej dosiahnutie sme stanovili svoju misiu; rozvíjať kompetencie mladých ľudí, posilňovať ich iniciatívnosť & spoločenskú zodpovednosť, podporovať aktívne občianstvo, sociálnu inklúziu & interkultúrny dialóg medzi mladými ľuďmi z východného Slovenska.

Participants from different countries came together to explore the power of mindset, resilience, and taking action even in uncertain times. Through creative workshops, playful activities, and shared reflections, we discovered that growth begins when we dare to try, learn, and move forward 💬🌍
Together, we explored how fear, doubt, and pressure can hold us back, and how confidence, curiosity, and courage can help us create new opportunities ❤️
Using tools based on improvisation, creativity, and non-formal education, we learned to trust ourselves more, embrace mistakes as part of learning, and turn challenges into valuable experiences 🎭🌱
Living and learning together showed us that personal development is not about being perfect, but about staying open, adaptable, and willing to grow every day 🤝💙
Everyone left with fresh motivation, stronger connections, and inspiration to take more initiative in their own lives and communities. Huge thanks to the organisers for this empowering experience! 💫

🚀 Turning ideas into real experience, PASS in action! 💪
We recently carried out pilot testing for Project PASS at Polárna School in Košice, and the results speak for themselves. 💬
Young people actively took part in the activities, exploring new ways to reflect, communicate, and think about their own paths and decisions. 🧠
What stood out most was the level of engagement, participants didn’t just complete the activities, they shared, discussed, and connected their experiences to real-life situations. 🤝
The feedback we received was clear: the tools are practical, easy to follow, and relevant for young people today. ✔️
This phase helped us move one step closer to finalizing a toolkit that actually works in real youth settings. 🌱

TheatreOfDreams - Expressination is an international project bringing together young people from Germany, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Spain, Slovakia, and Ireland.🌍
Under the motto “Expressination – Express with fascination, fascinate by expression!”, participants will dive into different forms of artistic expression. Through workshops in dance, theatre, storytelling, and media, you will:
• explore emotions, identity, and personal experiences
• develop your own creative ideas
• collaborate on a final artistic performance
• experience intercultural exchange
• build friendships across borders

🌿 Starting something that matters, ZenZone begins! 🧘♀️
We kicked off the ZenZone project in Jerez, bringing partners together to start building something focused on youth well-being in a fast, always-online world. 💭
Over two days, we aligned on the project direction, explored how we’ll work together, and set the foundation for what’s coming next from the guidebook to practical tools for youth workers! 💪
The focus is clear: helping young people understand different types of rest, manage digital overload, and find balance in their daily lives. 🧠
It wasn’t just planning, it was about sharing perspectives, asking the right questions, and making sure what we create will actually be useful and relevant. 🔄
This is just the starting point, and there’s a lot ahead. 🌱

How do we prepare young people for the challenges of "Real Life"? 🤔✨
Our project Schooling for Life was spotlighted by the Dům zahraniční spolupráce ( @dzs_cz) for its innovative approach to preparing youth for independence. We believe that "Adulting" shouldn`t be something you have to figure out alone.
Through this international cooperation, we’ve successfully developed:
✅ A manual with 20 proven methods for youth workers.
✅ The "Adulting 101" educational curriculum.
✅ A digital platform with interactive lessons for the modern age.
As the DZS emphasizes, internationalization is most powerful when we bring that global know-how back to our local schools and organizations. We are proud to be part of the "front line of change" in youth work!
