TC Mindfully Together
From August 29 to September 5, 2025, I had the opportunity to take part in a training course dedicated to reconnecting with ourselves, others, and nature. The project brought together young people from different countries, and within just one week we managed to create a space of trust, exploration, and learning.
Throughout the training, we explored a variety of practices, from mindful breathing and movement, to bodywork, dance, and activities inspired by contact improvisation and conscious communication. Some sessions were dynamic and full of energy, while others invited us into introspection and a deeper understanding of our own emotions and needs. What I especially appreciated was the strong focus on safe space and healthy boundaries, which allowed us to connect with each other more authentically and openly.
For me, one of the most valuable aspects was the sense of togetherness, from spontaneous conversations during breaks, to shared laughter and music, to evening circles where we reflected on the day. The project reminded me of the importance of slowing down, paying attention to the body and breath, and being present, both in our personal lives and in our relationships with others. I carry this experience as a reminder that true connection and healing start within, but reach their full power only when shared with others.
