This APV took place in Kaunas, second biggest city in Lithuania. Personally I am a big fan of second biggest cities in countries they always seem more friendly, local and the culture is less tourist oriented. 🌿

In Kaunas, first day we had an introduction and second day we did the complete briefing on the project, went through everything in the infopack and decided on the activities. 📑🌟

Third day we met for breakfast, said goodbye to the organizer and then explored Kaunas for a bit before saying goodbye to each other and each travelling back to our countries. ✈️👋 ...

🤔 Not everything you feel can be explained with words. 💭

Sometimes the feeling is there, but you don’t know how to describe it and that’s normal. 🧠

That’s why expression doesn’t always have to be talking. It can be drawing, moving, music, or even just using your voice in a different way. These small things help you process what’s going on instead of keeping it inside. 🌱

You don’t need the perfect words. You just need a way to let it out! 🔄

Step into connection and collaboration in Arterra Bizimodu 🌿🤝

Participants from 12 countries explored how personal awareness shapes the way we act, communicate, and collaborate within communities. Through interactive sessions and shared experiences, we discovered the power of emotions, active listening, and honest expression 💬✨

Using tools inspired by Nonviolent Communication, we learned how to better understand ourselves and others, building deeper and more meaningful connections ❤️

We also stepped into the world of Sociocracy, experiencing inclusive decision-making and exploring how cooperation and shared responsibility can truly empower a group 🗳️🌍

Living, working, and reflecting together showed us that community is not just a concept, but something we create every day through small actions, openness, and trust 🌱💙

Everyone left with new perspectives, stronger connections, and inspiration to bring more collaboration and awareness into their communities. Huge thanks to the organisers in Spain for this meaningful experience! 💫 ...

🎨 Creating space to express, ARTS in Košice! 🎨

During our pilot testing in Košice, young people explored something they don’t often get the chance to do; express how they feel in a different way! 💭

Through creative activities like drawing emotion mandalas, youth reflected on their inner world and shared parts of themselves that don’t usually come up in everyday conversations. What stood out most was how quickly the space shifted. At first, it felt unfamiliar but soon, it turned into open sharing, connection, and honest reflection between peers! 🤝

This is what the ARTS project is about: creating simple, safe ways for young people to understand themselves, express emotions, and connect with others beyond words! 🌱
